Man arrested after allegedly stealing tools, gift cards

Conklin, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police accused a man of stealing nearly $20,000 worth of merchandise from a Conklin business.

Broome County deputies arrested Gregory Rought, 44, Thursday.

They said that on Aug. 14, Rought stole more than $19,000 in tools and gift cards from E. Systems Group in Conklin.

Officials arraigned Rought in the Town of Dickinson Court and charged him with felony burglary and grand larceny before sending him to the Broome County Jail.
