(WBNG Binghamton) A man is arrested after entering the home of his estranged wife and stabbing her and her boyfriend.
According to police, Pedro Garcia-Ayala, 35, Bethlehem, Pa., entered the home of his estranged wife in Endicott and stabbed both victims multiple times.
They sustained injuries to their heads, backs, arms and legs.
Garcia-Ayala then fled the scene.
On April 9, Endicott Police, with the assistance of Bethlehem police, arrested Garcia-Ayala at his home in Bethlehem for one count of burglary in the first degree, a class B felony.
He was arraigned in Bethlehem in district court and remanded to the Northampton County Prison in lieu of a $100,000 bail, pending extradition back to Broome County.
On April 25, Garcia-Ayala was transported to Endicott and transferred into the custody of Endicott police.
He was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
