Village of Sherburne, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton man was arrested over the weekend after authorities say he raped a 14-year-old in Chenango County.
Kyle Braman, 28, of Binghamton raped a the teen in July in the village of Sherburne, according to the Broome County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies took him into custody Sunday and a judge arraigned him in the Town of Norwich Court.
Braman is charged with one count of rape in the second degree and criminal sex act, both felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was sent to Chenango County Jail on $10,000 bail.
He is expected to be back in court Friday.
