Town of Nichols, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Ruben Bailey, 32, of Ulster, PA, is charged with stalking, endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness.

On April 25 at 7:20 a.m., the Tioga County Sheriff's Office responded to a complaint of a man exposing himself to a 14 year old girl while she was enroute to the school bus stop on River Road in Nichols.

Bailey is accused of attempting to lure the girl into his vehicle and then exposing himself to her.

The Tioga County Sheriff's Office says Bailey was driving a brown 1992 Honda Accord with a New York license plate FGD 7072. If anyone has further information on this incident or others, they are asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at (607) 687-1010.

Bailey was found around 10:30 p.m. Thursday in the Village of Owego driving the same vehicle that was connected to the morning incident in Nichols.

He was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Nichols Court. Bailey was taken to the Tioga County jail on $10,000 cash bail.
