Cooperstown, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man currently in the Otsego County Correctional Facility for possession a weapon while on probation is arrested again. This time, it's for allegedly threatening to blow up the Otsego County Office Building once released from prison.

According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office, Timur Mustafa Demirel, 28, was charged with making a terroristic threat -- a felony -- after telling a number of other inmates about his intentions in January, which included killing people who worked there.

Demirel was arraigned by Cooperstown Judge Gary M. Kuch and taken back to county jail without bail.

He faces up to another seven years of incarceration if convicted on the charge.
