Man charged with manslaughter after fatal shooting

Town of Enfield, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Deputies from the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office and New York State Police responded around 11 p.m. July 19 to 281 North Buck Hill Road in Enfield for a reported shooting.

Wyatt A. Cramer, 50, of Enfield, had been shot and was laying on the ground, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

He was taken to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, where he later died from his injuries.

Thomas E. Warren, 50, of 281 North Buck Hill Road, is charged with manslaughter in the second degree, a felony.

Deputies said Warren was in a fight with Cramer. During the altercation, Warren shot Cramer.

Warren was arraigned in the Town of Enfield Court and sent to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail ($100,000 bond).
