Man identified in fatal Cortland County crash

Town of Willet, NY (WBNG Binghamton) One man is dead after his SUV crashed into a tree in Cortland County, according to the Cortland County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies said Gerald Natoli, 47, of Smithville Flatts was driving his 2006 Subaru Forester around 12:10 a.m. Friday on NYS Route 41.

The SUV left the roadway, striking a tree and killing Natoli, the only occupant of the vehicle.

Willet Fire Department, Cincinnatus Fire Department, Cincinnatus Ambulance, Cortland County Coroner, TLC Ambulance, NYS DOT, and Fralick's towing all responded to the scene.
