Man robbed in Ithaca

Ithaca, NY (WBNG Binghamton) At approximately 11:45 p.m. Sunday, members of the Ithaca Police Department responded to the report of a robbery that occurred on the South Hill portion of the city, according to a news release from police.

The victim, a man, told police he was walking on South Hill Terrace when a man approached him on foot and demanded all of his belongings.

The victim handed over his wallet and cell phone and the man ran off.

Officials described the suspect as white, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, roughly 170 pounds and wearing dark clothes with a bandana over his face.
