Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The owner said it's the "fastest drive-thru in the Southern Tier".

McDonald's at 604-605 East Main St. showed off its new restaurant.

The location was torn down in the middle of June to be rebuilt.

They added a side by side drive-thru for faster and more accurate service. Repairs were also done on the exterior along with new signage.

"This reflects our commitment to our customers and the community and our commitment to providing gold standard food and beverages in a nice, new, inviting, comfortable and enjoying atmosphere," said Beth Dibble, Owner/Operator.

McDonald's also presented a check for $500 to the Boys and Girls Club of Western Broome.

To celebrate the reopening, starting Friday, Oct. 18 from 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., the McDonald's location is offering $1 Big Mac sandwiches, Filet-o-Fish sandwiches and six piece McNuggets. There will also be other $1 deals including ice cream cones and McFlurry treats.

Starting Wednesday, Oct. 23, there will also be drive-thru contests coming up next week where you can win $100.
