Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The two suspects in November's Mygatt St. homicide plead not guilty.

Nigel Saunders, 25, and Julian R. Talamantez III, 21, were arraigned in Broome County Court on grand jury charges.

Both were charged with two counts of second degree murder, burglary, robbery and assault for the murder of 23-year-old Jordan Dordell and assault of his 19-year-old pregnant fiancee.

Talamantez also charged with first degree murder, first degree attempted murder, rape, criminal sexual assault, and arson.

According to court documents, the charges allege that Talamantez intentionally killed Dordell and intentionally tried to kill the 19-year-old fiancee.

Saunders and Talamantez were taken to the Broome County jail without bail.
