Silver Lake Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Joseph Keith Rafferty, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Pennsylvania State Police in Gibson said the crash happened at 11 p.m. Thursday on Hawleyton Road.

Rafferty was driving a 1999 Dodge 1500 pickup westbound on Hawleyton Road (about 1.7 miles east of State Route 267) when he failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of the truck.

Rafferty was pronounced dead at the scene by the Susquehanna County Coroner's Office.

Kimberly Kelly-Mott was taken to UHS Wilson Hospital in Johnson City for treatment.
