Oneonta, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An Oneonta City employee is charged after police say she charged a city gas card of hundreds of dollars for her own use.
A review of Oneonta's books uncovered the theft of $425 in gas purchases, although it's not known whether the money was spent on just gas.
Kerry Dalton was arrested and charged with a felony.
She has been placed on administrative leave.
