New Milford, PA (WBNG Binghamton) A Pennsylvania man is now facing charges after police say he lied to investigators.
Pennsylvania State Police say Steven Whritenour, 32, of Susquehanna County gave them false information about the trial of Jason Aronowitz.
Last May, a fight at the Parkview Hotel in New Milford ended with one man shot.
Police say Aronowitz shot that man.
Aronowitz faces Attempted Homicide charges.
Aronowitz's trial was supposed to start on November 8th, but because of Whritenour's false information it has been pushed back.
