Bradford County, PA (WBNG Binghamton) - A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after a road rage incident.

Around 4:00 PM Friday, Pennsylvania State Police say Ralph Schoonover of Wyalusing assaulted another driver.

Two people were transporting an oversized load when Schoonover allegedly tried running one of the victims off the road and then passed both victims on the left.

Authorities say Schoonover proceeded to block the roadway, verbally assaulted one victim and physically assaulted the other in the town of Orwell, in Bradford County between Flanigan Road and Cooley Road.

State Police say one of the victims did suffer a back injury from the incident.

Schoonover was arraigned and released on $45,000 bail.

He is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment.
