Pair Arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property

(WBNG Binghamton) According to a news release issued Thursday, on September 24, the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher K. Elliott, dob 07/21/87, and Luke C. Wandell, dob 01/27/64, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree.

According to the news release from the Chemung County Sheriff's Office:

Wandell and Elliott were arrested by Sheriff’s Investigators after allegedly being found in possession of material stolen from multiple burglaries and grand larcenies from Evolutions Edges, located on the Philo Rd. in the Town of Horseheads.

More than $100,000 in material has been reported stolen over a six month period from the company and the investigation into the thefts is continuing at this time.

Elliott and Wandell were released from the Chemung County Jail after posting $5,000 cash and $10,000 property bond respectively.

Further arrests are anticipated.
