Fugitives arrested in town of Binghamton and town of Union (with photos)

(WBNG Binghamton) According to a news release issued Tuesday, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshal’s NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force said two people were arrested after warrants were served at 302 Stevens Rd. in the town of Binghamton, and 2 South Duane Ave. in the town of Union. 

According to the news release from the Broome County Sheriff's Office:

James D Milligan, 37, was taken into custody at the Town of Binghamton residence and Orlando Rivera, 52, was taken into custody at the Town of Union residence. 

Both subjects were charged as fugitives from justice from the State of Pennsylvania.  Both are charged in Pennsylvania with Conspiracy to deliver, manufacture or possess a controlled substance.

The subjects were arraigned in the Town of Dickinson Court and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional facility without bail.
