Human remains found

Athens Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Police found a partial set of human remains in Athens Township.

Athens Township Police found the partial skeletal remains March 8 at an undisclosed location, according to the Bradford County Coroner.

Officials are working with an anthropologist to identify the remains. The coroners office says they do not know the age, sex, race or circumstances surrounding the remains.

The coroners office and Athens Township Police are investigating.

No other information being released at this time.
