Monroeton, PA (WBNG Binghamton) A 52 year-old man was arrested after being caught with multiple types of synthetic marijuana in his greenhouse, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers searched M's Roadside Market and Greenhouse on October 4 at about two o'clock in the afternoon.
Police found the owner, Jody. M. Applebee, with a number of brands of synthetic marijuana.
Police charged Applebee with two counts: manufacture, delivery, or possession of a controlled substance with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance.
Applebee was arraigned on the same day, said Police. He is in the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
