Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Johnson City man was arrested on drug charges after trying to flush crack down a toilet.
The only problem: The toilet was broken.
Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit arrested Timothy Rock, 37, of Johnson City, on Friday.
As investigators entered his Grand Avenue apartment, they say Rock tried to flush an unidentified amount of crack cocaine down an inoperable toilet.
He was taken to the Broome County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
