Oneonta, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police arrested a man they said entered an unknown home to sleep after crashing his car.

State police said Harley Falasca, 19, of Terrytown, crashed his car on a roadway with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent.

Falasca then allegedly entered a home on Glen Drive to sleep.

Prior to their arrival, police said Falasca fled into the woods, where he was found a short time later without incident.

Police charged him with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and criminal trespass in the second degree.

Police issued Falasca appearance tickets returnable to the town of Oneonta court.
