Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Endicott Police arrest a man they say was pleasuring himself in public outside a local grocery store.
Police responded to a report of a man masturbating in his car Tuesday evening while parked outside of the Price Chopper on North Street.
The person who reported the incident was able to get the vehicle registration number as the vehicle drove away.
Frank Maiello Jr., 25, of Endicott, was arrested Wednesday and charged with public lewdness.
He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for the Village of Endicott Court at a later date.
