Police searching for man accused of robbing, stabbing woman

Town of Cortlandville, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Authorities in Cortland County are looking for a man they said robbed and stabbed a woman in her home.

He was one of four people connected to the crime.

Members of the Cortland County Sheriff's Department said they are trying to find Devon Williams, 28.

On the morning of Oct. 4, Williams and three others broke into a town of Cortlandville home.

The woman living in the home was stabbed and robbed of cell phones and $3,000 in cash.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Three of the suspects were arrested and charged, but Williams fled and is still at large, said deputies.

His is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and 130 pounds.
