Rennia casts her vote for mayor

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) One of the biggest races Action News is following Tuesday will decide Binghamton's next mayor.

Democratic candidate Teri Rennia cast her vote at 4 p.m.

She voted at the Temple Concord on Riverside Drive.

"Tomorrow morning no matter what happens, I'm going to wake up and I'm going to look myself in the mirror and I know that we ran a good campaign," said Rennia. "We ran an issued focused campaign. We ran a positive campaign and I feel really really good about that."

Rennia was joined by her husband, daughters and their friends.

She said she wanted to bring her daughters along to show them her name on the ballot.

Rennia said while her vote is in, she isn't done campaigning.

She intended to go door-to-door and make phone calls before the polls close at 9 p.m.
