Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Here's a travel advisory to keep in mind before hitting the roads Thursday and Friday morning.
Baldwin Street will be closed Thursday, November 8, and Friday, November 9.
The street will be shut down between Main Street and Corliss Avenue.
It will be closed due to the installation of heating units on the roof of the Wilson Hospital complex.
Flag workers will be out directing traffic.
