Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Endicott police are facing a barrier investigating a reported robbery Monday night in the village -- because the victims of the incident refuse to cooperate.

Police said a man with a gun at 9:30 p.m. robbed the EZ Money Pawn Shop, 1206 North Street. Initial reports said the man fled on foot.

It is not known what he stole.

He was described as a black man, short, bald and stocky, wearing a gray shirt and jeans, according to emergency dispatch reports.

Police say they will release no further information.
