Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Ross Park Zoo celebrated Father's Day by giving free admission to all fathers.

Many fathers held their children's hands or had them sit on their shoulders while they looked at the different animals.

By mid-afternoon, nearly 100 dads were let into the zoo for free.

Matthew Nelson of Endicott was there with his 2-year-old son, Bryson.

"We spend a lot of time (together). Father's Day is kind of our time so he likes to be around everything," said Nelson. "He loves to be outside."

Matthew said everyday with his son is a new day of learning and he's constantly amazed by him.
