Sandy: Broome County State of Emergency Lifted

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The State of Emergency declared in result of Hurricane Sandy is lifted.

County Executive, Debbie Preston, has signed the order to lift the State of Emergency in Broome County effective at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
