Teen arrested in Crandall Street shooting

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Police arrested a man they believe fired a shotgun during a disturbance on Crandall Street.

Erick Gonzalez, 17, of Binghamton, is charged with reckless endangerment.

Binghamton Police are investigating what they called a disturbance that involved several people on the evening of May 10. They responded to the area of 10 Crandall St. around 11:30 pm. Officers found different types of spent casings fired from a shotgun or handgun.

Gonzalez is one suspect. Police say shots were fired by different people. Anyone with information can contact the Binghamton Police Detective Division at (607) 772-7080.
