Solon Sportsman's Club catches on fire

Cortland, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It took eight fire departments about five hours to put out a fire at Solon Sportsman's Club Sunday.

The leading agency on the fire was the McGraw Fire Department. Fire Chief Tom Heller said the fire was reported around 2 p.m.

His team responded to a fully involved structure fire at one end of the clubhouse.

Heller said the building is a total loss. It is located on Sportsman Club Road in the town of Solon.

No one was injured. The fire is still under investigation.
