Town of Union, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Football games can now be played during the night at Maine-Endwell High School.

After three years of renovation, the Maine-Endwell stadium is near completion.

Monday morning, stadium lights were hung in anticipation of the upcoming school year.
The lighting project began last week, with the installation of concrete bases for the light poles.

The school district said there is still electrical work to be done. The final step includes connecting the power to the main power source at the High School. That is expected to take place next week.

The work will finish the new stadium for the football and track and field programs this fall.
