Police find stabbing victim near Washington Street

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton police arrested a suspect after responding to a stabbing.

According to Binghamton police, they found the stabbing victim near the corner of Washington Street and Henry Street just before 6 p.m. Sunday.

Police said the victim suffered a stab wound to the neck area and was taken to Wilson Hospital.

The suspect is in custody.

Binghamton police said it appears the suspect and victim know each other.
