Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) As we draw closer to the 12 days of Christmas, many people at the Firehouse Stage in Johnson City got into the holiday spirit a little early by having a viewing party for Sounds for the Season.
In working with us here at WBNG-TV, many high school students got to display their musical talent in this holiday special, including one alum, who was a featured soloist.
It has become an annual event, and many involved said its one they look forward to.
"I've always enjoyed doing stuff like this. You know, all my classmates are my friends and everything I am in with all the groups I am in, I'm with my friends. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it a lot," Binghamton High School senior Riley Phillips
Many local high school jazz bands participated in Sounds for the Season.
It aired Tuesday evening here on WBNG-TV.
