Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Hear what Vestal residents and administrators have to say about a proposed increase to residents' sewer bills.
Catherine Aingworth, Superintendent of the Binghamton Johnson City joint sewage board said that she can't say how or why Vestal raised their rates.
"Each municipality is responsible for setting their own rates," said Aingworth.
There will be a public hearing Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Vestal Town Hall. Resident will be able to voice their opinions of the sewer rates.
