Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The final day to sign up for health coverage through the Affordable Care Act has come and gone, but the conversation continues.

It was the topic of discussion at Tuesday's Rotary Club meeting in Binghamton.

Guest speakers from MANG Insurance talked about the impact the health care law has had on our community.

"2014 was a big year for health care reform,” Dan Grady said. “We are just going to review some of the changes in the market place, and how it has affected us as individuals."

Grady also spoke about the impact the health care reform law has on businesses and the different penalties they will have to pay if they do not comply.

If you have questions about the Affordable Care Act, he suggests talking to an insurance agent or visiting healthcare.gov.
