Teenager stabbed in Endicott

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) One man is arrested after police said he stabbed a 17-year-old in Endicott.

Endicott Police arrested Colin Chin, 25, of 1009 Broad St. for assault in the second degree, a class D felony.

Just after midnight on July 11, police responded to Chin's home for a stabbing in progress.

Police found the victim outside, who had serious wounds to his head, left bicep and right shoulder.

The victim said he had been in a verbal argument with Chin, who then went into his house, grabbed a large knife, and came back outside and attacked him.

Chin was found several hours later, hiding in a yard on Madison Avenue, according to police.

The victim was taken to Wilson Hospital to be treated.

Chin was taken to the Broome County Jail without bail.
