Alan Outman, 23, who�s last address was Binghamton, sentenced 25 years to life to a New York State Prison on Friday, Dec. 14 in Broome County Court for killing David Fillers, 21, on Jan. 1, 2012. Outman plead guilty to first-degree murder in September.
