Town of Lansing, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A multi-car crash on Tuesday morning sends four people to the hospital.

On Tuesday, Tompkins County Sheriff's deputies responded to the intersection of North Triphammer and Asbury roads in the Town of Lansing for a three-car crash with people trapped inside.

Deputies said a 2002 Toyota, driven by Ethan H. Hildreth and the two other people in his car, Kristine M. Marsh, 37, and Samantha Sandercock, 18, were airlifted to area hospitals.

A passenger in Koch's car, a child under the age of 18, was taken to the Cayuga Medical Center by Bangs Ambulance. The extent of this person's injuries is unknown.

Guthrie Helicopter, Mercy Flight, Bangs Ambulance, Lansing Fire Department, Cayuga Heights Fire Dept and the New York State Police assisted in the investigation.
