Town of Dickinson, NY (WBNG Binghamton) High school graduation season is here, which means graduation parties will soon be taking over the Southern Tier. Here are tips to make your party the one to be remembered.

More than a dozen schools in the Southern Tier are holding their graduation ceremonies this weekend.

Professional party planners say the key to the best graduation party is food.

Having lots of options for your guests is the perfect way to keep them happy.

Decorations in the school's colors are also a hit.

Plates, napkins and decorations are available in a variety of colors and themes to suit every high school color.

Maine Source Food and Party Warehouse provides catering and supplies from June through July.

"It's a busier time for us as a company, it means a lot to all of our graduating seniors and college students that work here," said manager Jeff Reynoads.

Party planners say whatever you do at your high school graduation party, make sure you have fun, because it's the only one you are going to have.
