(WBNG Binghamton) The Tioga State Bank has a new Chairman of the Board.
The bank announced today that current president and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Fisher, has been named chairman after his father, Marvin Fisher II retired after 49 years with the bank.
Robert says he is grateful for the guidance his father has provided him.
He has been with the bank for 20 years and held many positions during that time.
He is a University of Notre Dame graduate with a business administration degree.
