(WBNG Binghamton) A Towanda man is accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old in Bradford County.
Toris Sylvester Garner Sr., 37, was arrested Tuesday, the same day the sexual assault was reported.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, someone reported Garner was driving his red Hummer on State Route 6 toward Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.
Police found Garner in Meshoppen, Pennsylvania.
He was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant in Ohio.
After further investigation, Garner was charged with rape, sexual assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, and three counts of indecent assault.
He was remanded to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
Garner is expected in court for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 3 at Wysox District Court.
