Kirkwood, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A jury trial will be held for the case of a Broome County Sheriff's Deputy accused of exposing himself.
A pre-trial hearing was held Wednesday in Kirkwood Town Court.
33-year-old John Goodwin is accused of acting in an indecent manner in full view of his neighbors.
It happened in October 2009.
Goodwin is married with 2 children and is a deputy in the highway patrol division.
He faces two counts of public lewdness.
The jury trial date has not yet been set.
