Troopers: man responsible for crash that killed infant

Lenox Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) More than seven months after a car crash that killed an infant, Pennsylvania State Police announced the arrest of a suspect.

A crash occurred around around 7 p.m., Sept. 2, 2013. on State Route 92, south of the intersection of State Route 106.

Troopers said Zachary Larue, 21, from Kingsley, Pa. was driving too fast and his vehicle spun out of control, and hit two other cars.

A six-month-old female died during the crash.

Troopers arrested Larue Tuesday.

Larue's charges include:
-homicide by vehicle
-three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle
-involuntary manslaughter
-four counts of recklessly endangering another person
-driving on roadways laned for traffic
-careless driving and reckless driving
