West Burlington Twp., PA (WBNG Binghamton) A husband and wife are killed when their SUV collides with a Mack truck.

It happened around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Bradford County Coroner Tom Carman said William B. Wyda, 83, of New Albany, failed to stop at the intersection of state Route 6 and Steam Hollow Road for an unknown reason.

His 2003 Chevy Blazer crossed the path of a Mack flatbed truck driven by Ronald Robinson, 68, of New Albany, who was hauling cement blocks at the time of the crash.

Carman said Wyda's wife Janet, 79, died from her injuries upon arriving at Towanda Memorial Hospital.

Robinson was not injured.
