Utica, NY (WBNG Binghamton) CEO of Moe's Southwest Grill helped open a new location in Utica owned by Southern Tier businessmen.

Paul Damico, the CEO of Moe's, was there Wednesday for the grand opening.

Damico was featured on the hit CBS television show "Undercover Boss." On the show, Damico learned first hand what his employees went through.

"One of the most important things I learned is that everyone of our associates has challenges in their lives, and we need to make sure that we understand and respect those challenges," said Damico.

A Hoopla Frozen Yogurt also opened next door to Moe's.

"We've been so well received," said operating partner, Scott Searles. "We give back to the communities, we've had a lot of fun doing it."

Hoopla Frozen Yogurt is owned completely by Southern Tier businessmen. There is a location on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango and one in Cortland.
