Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Police ticketed the driver of a mini-van that hit a car and building on Court Street Tuesday around 9:45 a.m.
Police said Norman R. Smith of Binghamton was driving the van.
It crashed into a car at Court and Washington, then ran up onto the curb outside of Maryam's Mart at 69 Court Street.
It also hit a pedestrian that coming out of the store.
Police said Smith and a passenger, the driver of the car and the pedestrian were taken to the hospital.
None appeared to have life-threatening injuries.
Smith was ticketed for Unsafe Passing and Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent.
