(WBNG Binghamton) A Vestal High School Alumni was reportedly killed in the school shooting, and was reportedly one of the first to be identified by police.
56 year old Mary Sherlach graduated from Vestal High School in 1974, and furthered her education at SUNY Cortland where she met her husband.
Sherlach graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1978.
She was a school psychologist at Sandy Hook Elementary school.
She was killed along with 20 students in what's now known as the second deadliest school shooting in our nation's history.
