Windsor man arrested for driving with .35 percent BAC

Windsor, NY (WBNG Binghamton) New York State Police arrested a Windsor man for driving with a blood alcohol content of more than four times the legal limit.

On May 9, a trooper arrested Albert Schultes Jr., 41, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He had a reportable BAC result of .35 percent.

Police said the arrest resulted from a motor vehicle accident investigation on Cresson Hill Road in Windsor. Investigators determined Schultes was driving while intoxicated when he crashed.

Schultes was arraigned in the Town of Windsor Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail.
