(WBNG Binghamton) A five count indictment has been handed up against Jaklyn Wesley, a woman accused on manslaughter.

Wesley, 25 of Binghamton, crashed her car into the Chenango River back in 2011.

Three passengers died.

The five-count indictment includes three felony counts of vehicular manslaughter in the first degree.

The indictment indicates that Wesley was drunk when she lost control of her vehicle on Interstate 88 and drove into the Chenango River.

Robert Moorehead III, Robert Marshall and Carri Michalski were all killed in the accident.

This indictment replaces a previous one handed up in September of 2011.

It was dismissed earlier this month because of legal errors in the first presentation to the grand jury.
