Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton woman is arrested after impersonating a doctor and filling false prescriptions at a local pharmacy.
Danielle Phillips, 27, of Binghamton filled a prescription of Percocet pain pills at the CVS Pharmacy on Upper Front Street in Binghamton.
After she filled the first prescription, the pharmacist received a call from Phillips pretending to be a doctor asking to fill a false prescription.
That's when the pharmacist called the police.
Phillips was arrested after she arrived and attempted to retrieve the phony prescription.
