Walton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A woman is arrested, accused of having sex with a number of underage victims.
New York State police arrested Stephanie Fletcher, 28, of Walton, following an investigation.
She faces the following charges:
- Two counts of rape in the third degree, a class E felony;
- Criminal sexual act in the third degree, a class E felony;
- Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
She was arraigned in the Town of Sidney court and released.
